CBSMUN is a platform where young leaders come together to engage in high-level diplomacy, critical debate, and global problem-solving. As the entry point to Model United Nations in the Nordics, we provide an international atmosphere that reflects the diversity and interconnectedness of today’s world. Hosted by a leading business school, we specialize in debates that focus on global economics, diplomacy, and business, making us a prime destination for future leaders looking to make an impact in these fields.
Our mission is to offer a realistic simulation of the United Nations, where delegates can cultivate the skills of diplomacy, negotiation, and leadership. Aligned with CBS’s Nordic Nine framework, we emphasize the importance of compassion, critical thinking, and sustainability, empowering our participants to become informed, proactive global citizens. Additionally, we invite delegates to experience the vibrant city of Copenhagen—beautiful, well-connected, and easily accessible—making CBSMUN not just an academic event, but a cultural and social experience like no other.
Our inaugural CBSMUN took place from March 22-25, 2024, welcoming 75 participants from more than 20 nationalities. The conference was praised for its inclusivity and dynamic debates, earning an excellent 4.5 out of 5 rating on myMUN. As a Nordic-based MUN conference, we created an international environment that bridged diverse perspectives, allowing delegates to engage with global issues in a truly cross-cultural setting. The success of the 2024 edition set the stage for our continued growth and established CBSMUN as a rising star within the global MUN landscape.
From March 13-16, 2025, CBSMUN will return, bigger and better. With a commitment to expanding both in size and influence, we aim to attract even more participants from across the world. As we grow, we continue to emphasize our unique Nordic identity and our strong focus on business and economics debates, offering delegates a deeper dive into the complexities of international diplomacy in these domains and beyond.
Set against the backdrop of the picturesque and easily accessible city of Copenhagen, CBSMUN 2025 promises an unforgettable experience. Hosted at the beautiful and modern campus of Copenhagen Business School, intense debating sessions await. In addition, we will offer an array of social and networking opportunities, allowing delegates to build connections with like-minded young leaders from across the globe. Join us for four days of diplomacy, culture, and leadership as we establish CBSMUN as a premier conference within the MUN community.
