For CBSMUN we utilize MUN Command during committee sessions and Whatsapp for communication during the conference.
Naturally, participants are expected to bring their laptops and well as their own chargers.
Delegates are expected to bring an adapter if necessary. In Denmark power plugs/sockets are typically of type E and K. The standard voltage is 230 V, and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.
CBS campus uses Eduroam, but there is also guest wifi available.
During the conference, participants are expected to dress formally and professionally.
Clothes should be appropriate and well-fitted. Nothing too short or revealing.
Participants should avoid bold colours and prints as well as casual clothing such as jeans, sports wear or casual shoes like Birkenstock or Uggs.
Please be mindful and dress appropriately.

A note on Copenhagen Weather
Copenhagen has a humid climate and is known to be rainy and windy. In March temperatures normally average a high of 6°C, but often it can feel much cooler due to the wind or if sunny a lot warmer. At nighttime it generally drops to 0°C.
